Today is Curl Up By A Cozy Fire Day

Ahoy friends.  Today it’s quite cold in the Meadow.  Too cold to play outside, really.  The snow melted all away and so now we have ice.  Lots and lots of ice.  We were all outside for a bit but then ears and fingers and tails started freezing.  Then everyone went home to do homework and stuff.

That’s okay because today is Curl Up By A Cozy Fire Day.  That’s what I’m doing for the rest of the day until dinner.  In Gramma’s blankie.  Then maybe I’ll watch a movie or work on a project in my room that doesn’t involve fire.

I’m not allowed to play with any fire that isn’t in a fireplace.  This makes it a bit more difficult to conduct experiments in the confines of a fireplace.  *cough*
