January 8, Invade A Snow Fort Day
Today is Invade A Snow Fort Day in Moonwater Meadow. Also where you are, too. There’s nothing more fun than running out in the snow with your friends to sled down hills and crunch your way though fresh fallen flakes. Well, there is one thing more fun; invading your friend’s snow fort in a flurry of screams and snowballs.
However, it’s a lot less fun when your friends trick you into believing a very hard and frozen tree stump is a snow fort. In fact, there’s nothing less fun than flying face-first into a block of frozen wood that you think is really a pile of well-packed snow.
I am now currently at work on the soon-to-be-patented “Frozen Tree Stump Detector to avoid future mishaps.
