E is for….Electro Bug #atozchallenge
Electro-Bug, Hero of Adventure.
Citizens of the city be aware; there is a new hero in town. He fears no criminal, shuns no civic responsibility, fights for justice in the Meadow.
He is:
Electro-Bug.
He was going to call himself The Sparking Spider but that didn’t sound as cool.
From high on the rooftops he patrols the city. Seeking wrong-doers to right and mysteries to solve. His super powers include the ability to fly (as long as there’s something so sling a spider web from), super strength (as long as whatever he has to lift isn’t too heavy), the ability to shoot volts of dazzling electricity from his fingers (as long as he remembers to bring fresh batteries) and a taste for adventure (and tacos).
By day he’s mild-mannered Ollie Bug, Meadow citizen and jet-pack enthusiast. By night he’s protector of the weak, guardian of the feeble and purveyor of fine cuisine. Although it’s quite difficult to eat pizza with electrically charged gloves. And there was that one time he tried to eat avocado sushi burgers while standing in a puddle on a full charge. It took a month for his fur to grow back.
Electro-Bug. From his crime lair treehouse he keeps watch over the city. If your granny needs to cross the street, he will be there (as long as she’s properly grounded). If your cat needs to be pulled out of a tree, he will be there (as long as you remind him to take off his gloves). If your unmentionables have disappeared from your clothesline, he will be there (as long as they aren’t made out of conductive metals). He will always be there.
Unless it’s a school night, Electro-Mama won’t let him stay out on school nights…
